Tim Ashwin Consulting Limited is preparing to open for business!
What this means in practice is that I’m busy getting everything set up. This includes thinking about things like how I will store and manage documents and information, what will my marketing and PR strategy be, how will I organise and prioritise different tasks during my working week, how will I maintain overall clarity in terms of where I want to take things in the mid- to long-term alongside the multitude of tasks day-to-day.
A key thing is setting up this website, as well as sorting out the structuring of the business. It also includes more enjoyable things like setting up my new home office and designing my company logo. It feels fun, creative and exciting to be charting my own path and seeing things gradually take shape!
